PSA will welcome our protistological brethren of the ISOP for an epic joint meeting, to be held July 29-Aug 2nd, 2018, in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia (at the University of British Columbia). Updated information and registration links can be found at http://psa-isop2018.botany.ubc.ca.

Our superb local hosts, Patrick Martone and Laura Parfrey, have diligently been laying the groundwork for a fantastic meeting.  Our joint banquet will be the UBC Museum of Anthropology, and a bevy of outstanding workshops, including an Introduction to R Workshop, a Behind-the-scenes Tour of the UBC Herbarium, and a demonstration of Traditional Uses of Seaweeds, not to mention some extraordinary field trip opportunities, will await the attendees.  A bounty of exciting symposia and speakers is also being finalized, so please reserve the dates.
